![]() ![]() Thank you for sharing your feedback and concerns with us. ![]() We're thankful for your input and wish you the best of luck in your next role! We know this approach is not for everyone, but we've created a successful and supportive environment through this strategy. This sometimes includes things like barging calls to assist with closing deals or managers having team check-ins multiple times per day to ensure everyone is on track to achieve their goals. Our goal is to give ample support to our sales team while they learn new sales skills and practice new tactics. We support the growth of our employees through a hands-on management style, and to some, this may feel like micro-management. We have AEs that have recently graduated college, folks early on in their careers with 1-2 years experience, and even seasoned sales veterans that find that the position offers a good mix of challenges, rewards, and opportunities for growth. One of the best things about the Account Executive role is that it offers an opportunity for success to people of many backgrounds and experiences. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Start the day with a virtual roundup with my team and manager, start dialing, break for lunch one last roundup, then back to dialing. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Just amazing very inclusive and I know I have said it many times but so supportive your teammates, your manager, and directors all make you feel important and take time to invest in your growth! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? ![]() Really just making those calls, it is not as easy as it sounds, and some people are phenomenal month after month, making amazing money, but it is more of a sales job than customer service, which has been my background for 20 years so I have and continue to have to master the craft of making 80 dials/ day and master making it work to your advantage and the person u are selling ads What is the most stressful part about working at the company? You do have to really grind to be good or great even at a sales position with Yelp, but like I said very supportive managers who are willing to help and work with you to get better It is just a very supportive team atmosphere, the training at the very beginning and through t your career is some of the best I have ever had. This place is misery. What is the best part of working at the company? The Covid procedures are a joke and nobody honestly knows exactly what they are because supervisors cannot be on the same page about them. You also will most of the time not have the support of your supervisors on decisions you make. This place will make you question every decision you make because the rules change daily. The pay is not bad compared to most things but its not enough for the crazy things you see and deal with. The only reason to work here would be if you are planning on eventually becoming a deputy. There are so many things wrong with this place its hard to add them all in this review. There are way to many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Very few supervisors actually care about what is going on in the workplace the ones that do care are unable to really do anything to help or fix the things that are wrong because of a few micromanaging higher ups. Alot of drama and far to many kids with no life experience working in a position of authority which is dangerous. Unless ofcourse you are best buddies and play golf with the supervisors or you are Italian. There is so much wrong within the jail division it isn't worth it.Īdvancement does not exist. Anytime you need help from the union, you are basically waved off because the chief steward isn't going to risk his comfortable job for anyone else.ĭon't waste your time applying here. The Teamsters union is equally worthless as the chief steward is hand picked by the administration and given a cushy job Monday-Friday day shift with zero expectation of being mandated for overtime. If you need a day off any other time you will likely be denied "due to staff shortages." Even if the jail is considered fully stuffed you won't be able to get time off. Getting time off has been reduced down to putting in for your days off before Thanksgiving the year before and only 5 of the 40+ people on the shift get the day off. Then it is swept under the rug and cancer is allowed to keep growing. When staff reach out for help in their personal lives it is held against them professionally unless you are related to someone with a higher rank within the county. The upper/mid management loves to run off good employees, hold on to terrible ones, create an unsafe work environment by emboldening the inmates and crippling the staff. ![]()
